Rococo Family Office (the "App") is an internal tool used solely by Winmorcap Holdings and its affiliated companies to read their own accounting data for bookkeeping and tax preparation. The App is not available to the public and has no outside users.
When an authorized owner connects a QuickBooks Online company, the App reads that company's accounting records (accounts, transactions, reports and related company information) through the Intuit API.
Data is used only to prepare internal bookkeeping summaries and tax workpapers for the connected companies. It is never sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or disclosed to third parties except the owners' own tax advisors or as required by law.
Data and OAuth tokens are stored on a private, access-controlled server, encrypted in transit with TLS, with file permissions limited to the App's service account.
Disconnecting the App from QuickBooks revokes its access. On request, stored data and tokens for a company are deleted within 30 days.
